Amend an Order

Once an order has been placed, you can delete or edit the details of the order as required. All orders, whether they are new or contingent orders can be edited.

To amend an order:

  1. From the main menu, open the Active Orders pane and find the order you want to edit.
  2. When in List Mode, tap the row containing the order you are editing to bring up the order ticket. If you are in Box Mode, tap the [Amend] button to display the order ticket.
  3. Change the order details in the ticket as required.
  4. Tap the [Update Order] button to submit the amendments to the server.
  5. A confirmation message appears if successful. Tap [OK] to acknowledge and close the confirmation message. If the request is not successful, the relevant error message is displayed explaining why.

Delete an Order

The process to delete an order is the same whether in Box or List Mode.

  1. From the main menu, open the Active Orders pane and find the order you want to edit.
  2. Tap the [Delete] button and a pop-up appears requesting confirmation. Tap [Delete] again to confirm and remove the order.
